Eastern PA District of the Alliance
Alan Rathbun is an experienced leader in church development and coaching, currently serving as the Director of Development for the Eastern PA District of the Alliance since September 2021, focusing on training and encouraging church leaders for personal and vocational growth. Previously, Alan held the role of Director of Multiplication for the Eastern PA District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance since January 2008, leading church planters and developing new churches. As a founding pastor of Community Alliance Church from August 1998 to July 2014, Alan played a key role in establishing the congregation. Additionally, Alan has experience in education as a substitute teacher in the Central Dauphin School District and served as Associate Pastor at First Alliance Church, overseeing various ministries. Alan's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Bible/Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College.
