Jenny Raczko

Jenny Raczko is an expert in multimedia environmental compliance assurance at federal facilities. She travels around the country, helping her clients ensure critical facility and operational readiness in compliance with complex federal, state, and local regulatory requirements for air, water, hazardous materials, and waste.

Jenny drafts environmental permit applications, performs technical reviews of draft permits, and provides expertise and guidance to regulatory compliance personnel. She supports the design and implementation of comprehensive internal environmental compliance assessment programs to help her clients prepare for regulatory audits, and she routinely conducts internal assessments to ensure continuous compliance across all environmental media.

Jenny holds an M.S. in environmental engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in civil engineering from Northwestern University. She is a licensed professional engineer.
