Janae Levier, THRP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Eastern Shawnee Companies, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Janae worked as the Director of Human Resources at Grey Snow Management Solutions, LLC, from October 2022 to January 2024, and at Tepa, LLC, as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from May 2015 to August 2022. Janae has extensive experience administering and executing a wide range of human resources programs, including compliance, policy implementation, performance management, and benefits administration. Earlier career roles included positions as a Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Assistant, and Intern, where assistance was provided to various departments. Janae began a professional career in customer service as a Teller at Truity Credit Union in 2015. Janae holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Haskell Indian Nations University and an MBA from Oklahoma Baptist University.
