Jim Foley is an experienced professional in administrative and guest support, currently serving as the Administrative and Guest Support Assistant at Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site, Inc. since October 2022. Jim founded and operated Foley Lawn Service from 2012 to 2023, managing client relations, scheduling, and budgeting. Previous roles include Coordinator of Tickets and Operations at Drexel University, overseeing ticket office operations, and various internships in sports ticketing and management at Villanova University, the Philadelphia Union, and Temple University. Jim has a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Recreation Management from Temple University and has developed expertise in customer service, operations, and event management throughout a diverse career in sports and entertainment.
