Shelly Sickbert has a wide range of experience in various operational and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Director of Visitor Experience and Sales at Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site, Inc, Shelly ensures the smooth operation and exceptional visitor experience at the historic site. Prior to this, Shelly held roles such as Chief Administrative Officer at The Word Forge/Word Forge Books and Chief Operating Officer at Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania. With a background in business administration and management, Shelly has a strong foundation in leading and coordinating day-to-day operational aspects in diverse industries.
