Jessica Fontaine has a diverse work experience in various educational institutions. Jessica currently holds the position of Director of Education & Human Resources at Eastern States Exposition since January 2019. Jessica also serves as the Director of Storrowton Village Museum at the same company since June 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Hampshire College as the Director of Student Conduct, Rights, & Responsibilities from September 2012 to May 2017. Jessica Fontaine attended Westfield State University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication, with a focus on Interpersonal, Public, and Corporate communication. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Springfield College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Psychology, with a specialization in Student Personnel Administration.
