Darryl MacKey Jr.

Darryl Mackey Jr. is an experienced Sports Information Assistant and Graduate Assistant in the Athletic Communications Department at Eastern University since September 2021. Responsibilities include photography for home games, live stat keeping for volleyball matches, and operating the baseline camera for basketball games, along with creating sports event banners using Photoshop. Previously, Darryl served as the Web Editor and Interim Sports Editor for The Waltonian, overseeing the student newspaper's website and social media accounts, as well as managing the Sports section and its writers. Darryl's work experience also includes a housekeeping position at Haverford College from June 2015 to August 2019. Darryl holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Eastern University, completed in 2022, and graduated from Monsignor Bonner High School in 2018.
