Erin Ahlefeld

Erin Ahlefeld is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Communications & Public Relations Manager and Writer at Eastern University since November 2023. Prior to this role, Erin held positions as Senior Account Executive and Account Executive at Gregory FCA from February 2020 to November 2023, and served as a Public Relations Account Representative at Jenna Communications for a brief period in early 2020. During a tenure at the Penn State American Marketing Association, Erin gained hands-on experience in digital content creation for non-profits and worked as an Editorial Intern at County Lines Magazine and Penn State News, honing skills in research, article writing, and social media management. Erin began a journalism career as a Writer/Editor for the Lion’s Eye Newspaper while completing a Bachelor’s degree in English at Penn State University’s Schreyer Honors College, which was conferred in 2019.
