Mary Ellen Harris

Mary Ellen Harris, PhD, is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer at Kreischer Miller since July 2021, where responsibilities include talent development and retention. In addition to this role, Mary Ellen serves as an Adjunct Instructor and Curriculum Designer at Eastern University since September 2013. Previous experience encompasses leadership positions such as Vice President of Human Resources at Office Practicum, Director of Human Resources at Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP, and a significant tenure at Kreischer Miller as Director of Human Resources. Mary Ellen is also a former board member at the Deaf-Hearing Communication Centre, Inc., and holds an extensive educational background, including a PhD in Leadership from Eastern University and a Master's degree in Organizational Design & Development from Penn State Great Valley.
