Teena Carnegie is a seasoned academic with extensive experience in technical communication, currently serving as a Professor at Eastern Washington University since September 2003, where responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses and administering the Bachelor of Arts program. Prior to this role, Teena Carnegie held positions as an Assistant Professor at Oregon State University from September 2000 to June 2003, where the focus was on developing a computer classroom for writing instruction and teaching various writing disciplines. Teena Carnegie's academic journey began with a postdoctoral fellowship at Purdue University from August 1998 to May 2000, specializing in Professional Communication, following the attainment of a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Professional Communication from the University of Waterloo and a B.A. in English Literature from The University of British Columbia.
