Thomas Summerville, MBA is an experienced professional who has been with Easterseals Arc of Northeast Indiana since February 2010. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer, Thomas previously held the title of Director of Adult Day, Transitions and Employment Services. With a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington, Thomas provides strategic guidance and implementation for the organization's workforce of over 500 employees.
