Kathy Amber

Kathy Amber has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as a Quality Assurance/Benefits Information Network professional at Easter Seals Crossroads since December 1997. In this role, Kathy creates and delivers training curriculum focused on the impact of employment on federal and state benefits, emphasizing the importance of reporting earnings and updates in healthcare programs. Additionally, Kathy manages the certification records for trained Benefits Information Network Liaisons and ensures the clarity and accuracy of informational materials for consumers. Prior to this, Kathy worked as an Employment Consultant and Case Manager at the Otis R. Bowen Center for Human Services from June 1995 to September 1997.
