Kathy Schrock began their work experience in 1986 as an Adjunct Faculty at William Rainey Harper College, where they taught courses on psychology of exceptional children and developmental disabilities. From 1994 to 2005, they worked at Clearbrook, initially as a Speech and Language Pathologist before becoming the Director of the Early Intervention Program and later the Vice President of Children and Adult Clinical Programs. Since 2006, they have been working at Easter Seals DuPage and the Fox Valley Region, starting off as the Director of Clinical Services and then being promoted to Vice President, Clinical Services. Their responsibilities at Easter Seals include program effectiveness measures, program compliance, budget development and management, and professional development.
Kathy Schrock holds a Master of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from Marquette University. Kathy earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from Mundelein College.
