Brian Earle is an experienced Information Technology Specialist currently employed at Lincoln Families since August 2018 and also serving as a Help Desk Support Rep II at Easter Seals Bay Area since August 2015. Key responsibilities at Easter Seals include the configuration and deployment of Apple devices and Dell laptops for staff, as well as managing help desk tickets through the Jira ticketing system. Prior roles featured extensive experience in cloud desktop support, incident management, and desktop hardware deployment, working with organizations such as the University of California Office of the President and the City and County of San Francisco. Brian Earle holds a diploma from Berkeley High School, where education was completed from 1980 to 1984.
