Manuela Collado possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and operations management, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Reviewer at Easter Seals Bay Area since October 2014, following a role as Client Access and Care Manager at Easter Seals Inc. from November 2013 to September 2014. Prior to their tenure at Easter Seals, Manuela held various leadership positions at Bank of America from 2003 to 2013, including VP/Operations Consultant/Project Management, VP/Site Leader/Senior Operations Manager, and VP/Process Design Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed managing enterprise-wide projects, overseeing call center operations, and enhancing system efficiencies.
