Stephon Jolliff possesses a diverse professional background with significant experience in operational scheduling and business excellence. Currently serving as a Field Operations Scheduler at Easterseals Bay Area since October 2018, Stephon has previously contributed as a Business Excellence Intern, where responsibilities included creating and updating Confluence pages, training employees on standard operating procedures, and developing process maps. Prior security experience with Allied Universal included organizing security team schedules and conducting briefings, while earlier roles involved management responsibilities at Oil Changers, where duties encompassed training new hires and managing customer relations. Stephon enhanced skills through educational programs at Year Up United and Foothill College.
