Rebecca Ross, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania, a position held since December 2014. In this role, Rebecca leads human resources initiatives and is a key partner on the executive team, successfully directing the implementation of a cloud-based Human Capital Management system. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at the University of Pennsylvania from October 2008 to December 2014 as the Manager of Recruitment and Human Resources Projects, focusing on project management and onboarding programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware.
