Debbie Smith

Debbie Smith (Ahlquist) has a strong background in the non-profit sector, specifically in the field of economic empowerment and workforce development. Debbie held the position of Vice President, Economic Empowerment at Easterseals since 2013. Prior to this, they were the Director of Education for Employment at Easter Seals TriState starting from 1991. From 1998-2003, they served as the Director of Workforce Development at the Work Resource Center of Cincinnati.

Debbie Smith (Ahlquist) obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton, where they attended from 1983 to 1987. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at West Carrollton High School from 1980 to 1983.
