Eric McCoy M.s.

Eric McCoy M.S., BCBA, has extensive experience in applied behavior analysis and research, currently serving as the Research Supervisor and Associate Researcher at Easterseals since August 2019, along with roles as a Behavior Interventionist. As the Founder and CEO of Rescue Property Investments, LLC since March 2022, Eric applies entrepreneurial skills to leadership and business development. Previous experiences include serving as a NASA Fellow Research Assistant at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and a Graduate Research Assistant at California State University, Northridge. Eric’s early career featured positions as a Behavioral Interventionist and Instructional Aide, where the focus was on implementing evidence-based ABA treatments for individuals with special needs. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in HR Management, both from California State University, Northridge.
