Judy L. Shanley

Judy L. Shanley, PhD is the national director of mobility, transportation, and youth Transition and serves as the director of several Federal projects funded by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and National Science Foundation (NSF). She manages projects, conducts research, and provides technical assistance regarding transportation coordination, mobility management, and building a continuum of accessible mobility options. Judy is currently the Secretary of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) Access Committee and the Transportation Research Board (TRB) Standing Committee on Accessible Transportation and Mobility (AME50). Prior to Easterseals, Judy worked at the US Department of Education. She earned her PhD in special education from the University of Florida and Master of Business Administration and master’s in rehabilitation Counseling from Syracuse University.
