Todd Johnson

Todd Johnson is a seasoned professional in the construction and development industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development at Hillwood since January 2021. Prior experience includes over two decades at Duke Realty Corporation, where Todd held various leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Construction for the East and Southeast Regions, Vice President of Construction for Florida, Director of Preconstruction, and Preconstruction Manager. Todd began their career at Pilot Contracting Corporation and Aviation Constructors Inc., gaining experience as a Project Manager. Todd holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 1986 and 1991.
