Gale Smith (Williams)

Gale Smith (Williams) is an experienced project manager with a strong background in local government and education. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Eastleigh Borough Council since January 2020, Gale previously held key roles at Southampton City Council, including Development & Performance Manager and Waste Improvement and Partnership Manager, responsible for managing an £8 million service transformation project. With experience in business process re-engineering, Gale has successfully implemented numerous initiatives that led to significant cost savings and service improvements. Prior roles include managing student services at Southampton City College and careers guidance at Fareham College and Hampshire County Council. Gale holds a BA in Social Sciences from the University of Liverpool and additional qualifications in management and careers guidance.
