Alexandra Schmid

Alexandra Schmid, MBA, SPHR, is the Global Head of Talent Management and Organization Effectiveness at Eastman, where responsibilities include leading a global team focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion for a major chemicals manufacturer. With extensive experience spanning over three decades, Alexandra previously held various leadership roles at GSK, including Director of Organization Development and Director of Talent Management and Performance in R&D, where initiatives included revamping performance management and spearheading leadership development programs. Alexandra's career also features tenures at Wyeth and Accenture, highlighting a strong background in change management and human performance consulting. Alexandra's educational qualifications include an MBA from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, a bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin, and a recent Post Graduate Certificate in Mastering Talent Management from Wharton Executive Education.
