Amy Lefebvre

Amy LeFebvre is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in labor relations and talent management, currently serving as the Site HR Manager at Eastman since May 2010. Amy has effectively managed labor relations for a site with two unions, leading negotiations and handling grievance processes. Previous roles at Eastman included Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, university recruiting, compensation analysis, and implementing talent management initiatives. Earlier in career progression, Amy gained experience as a Human Resources Specialist and completed internships in broadcast journalism and public relations. Amy holds a Master’s degree in Communications and Information Management from Bay Path University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Westfield State University.
