Dante Leone

Dante Leone is a Chemical Engineer II at Eastman, having joined the company in July 2023. Prior to this role, Dante served as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Materials Science and Engineering department at Virginia Tech from September 2021 to May 2023, focusing on synthesizing biopolymer films for the dental industry. Earlier experience includes a Product Development Co-op at Printpack from December 2020 to July 2021, where Dante gained valuable insights into plastics manufacturing and engineering processes. Additionally, Dante worked as a Parking Lot and Terminal Manager at Hy Line Cruises from May 2015 to December 2019, along with a landscaping role at Neighborhood Landscaping from June 2016 to August 2019. Dante holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Virginia Tech, completed in May 2023.
