David Carter

David Carter has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental training, having worked at Eastman since May 1996 in various managerial roles, including Global HSE Digital Solutions & Data Analytics Manager and Global HSES Training & Process Excellence Manager. Key responsibilities have involved providing expertise in training processes for global HSES initiatives, as well as manufacturing training at Eastman's Kingsport site. Prior to Eastman, David was the owner and consultant at Digital Solutions Consulting, where custom eLearning solutions were developed. Earlier roles included E-Learning Software Developer at Brigham Young University and Spanish Instructor and Interpreter at the Missionary Training Center. David holds a BA in Spanish Translation and Computer-Based Training and an MS in Instructional Science from Brigham Young University.
