David Light - GISP has extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), serving as the GIS Program Leader for the Utilities Division at Eastman Chemical Company since April 1991, where responsibilities include managing and developing ArcGIS Enterprise Systems. David previously held the position of GIS Program Coordinator at Eastman, focusing on GIS infrastructure and web applications. As a notable contributor to the Tennessee Geographic Information Council, David has served on the board of directors and held the role of president during the 2019 conference year. David is also the founder and president of NETGIS, operational from 2007 to 2020. Additional experience includes a career as a real estate broker and IT manager at Earl Light Realty Company and a production supervisor at AFG Industries. David holds a BS in Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University.
