Dean Arrington

Dean Arrington started their work experience at Eastman in 1990 as an MSC Warehouse Supervisor. Dean managed domestic and international shipments and implemented process improvements to optimize product flow. As a Senior Credit Representative, they oversaw risk management and collections of a $70 million accounts receivable aging and consistently met past due goals. At Eastman Chemical Financial Corporation, Dean served as a Team Lead for the CPFilms Division, overseeing risk management and collections while integrating CPFilms into Eastman SAP and relocating CPFilms Credit. Dean later joined Eastman's IT Support Services Portfolio team as a Portfolio Manager, leading the IT Communications Team and successfully implementing the ServiceNow ITSM system. Dean then became a Project Manager for Business Enablement & Technology, overseeing various successful change initiatives. Dean's most recent role at Eastman is as the IT Commercial Business Solutions Team Lead, where they guide agile teams in delivering quality products or services to business partners.

Dean Arrington holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Averett University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including a Business Process Consultant certification from ServiceNow in 2019, a Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification from Eastman Chemical Company in 2017, a Certificate of Professional Development - Defending Preferences in Bankruptcy from Credit Research Foundation in 2017, and a Leader Essentials certification from Eastman Chemical Company in 2017. Dean has also completed training with Dale Carniege, although the details of this certification are not provided.
