Hafiz Azmi Mohamad

Hafiz Azmi Mohamad is an experienced Advanced Process Engineer currently working at Eastman since October 2022, specializing in the Copolyester Plant. Previously, Hafiz held various roles at Kaneka Malaysia Sdn Bhd from June 2013 to October 2022, including Senior Engineer, Plant Safety Officer, and Process Engineer in the MODIFIER Production Department. Earlier experience includes an Apprentice Process Engineer role at Integrated Process Solutions Sdn Bhd, focusing on Process Safety and Process Hazard Analysis, as well as an Industrial Internship at Prime Sourcing International Sdn Bhd where responsibilities spanned multiple departments. Hafiz obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, following a foundation degree and previous education at MARA Junior Science College.
