Jason M. Rochette

Jason M. Rochette is a seasoned technology manager and researcher with extensive experience in the field of polymer chemistry and innovation management. Currently serving as Technology Manager and CTO Strategic Support at Eastman since April 2021, Jason oversees process management and supports technology leadership teams. Previously, Jason held various roles in R&D and project management at Carlisle Construction Materials, Resinate Materials Group, AkzoNobel, and Ashland, focusing on technology platform development and product innovation. Jason's educational background includes a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and dual Bachelor's degrees in Polymer & Color Chemistry and Chemistry from North Carolina State University.
