Jesus G Moralez serves as the Technical Service Leader for the Americas Coating Additives Business at Eastman, specializing in technical support across the Americas and the Caribbean for products in the paints, coatings, and inks industries. With a strong focus on inclusion and diversity, Jesus also leads the global MOSAIC Employee Resource Group, promoting innovation and business growth among Latino and Hispanic communities. Previously, Jesus held various roles in product development and market leadership, including leading global initiatives for new product launches and managing a team focused on differentiated fiber offerings. Jesus's extensive experience extends to roles at DuPont, the National Research Council of Canada, and an early internship at The Dow Chemical Company. Jesus earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry with a focus on Nanotechnology and Materials from Purdue University.
