Josh Hensley

Josh Hensley is an Advanced Compounding Engineer at Eastman, having started in November 2024, and previously worked at Royal Building Products, where roles included Technical Services Engineer and Process Engineer from April 2019 to November 2024. Before that, Josh served as a Sales Application Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer at Kollmorgen from May 2017 to April 2019, focusing on production efficiency and quality improvements. Experience also includes an Industrial Project Intern role at BAE Systems and various internships at Tempur Sealy International, where contributions involved new product development and extensive testing. Josh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
