Mindy Jarvis

Mindy Jarvis currently serves as the Human Resources Director for Additives and Functional Products businesses at Eastman since November 2018, previously holding roles including Human Capital Business Partner for the global Chemical Intermediates business and HR Manager for various commercial organizations totaling over 400 employees. Prior to Eastman, Mindy worked at ExxonMobil from January 2015 to November 2018 as a Human Resources Advisor, providing HR support for IT and technical teams, and leading performance assessments for thousands of employees. Additionally, Mindy interned in HR at ExxonMobil in 2014 and managed business applications at Training Concepts from 2010 to 2014. Mindy holds a Master's in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a BSBA in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
