Vipul Patel

Vipul Patel is a seasoned chemical engineer with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Principal Chemical Engineer at Eastman since October 2021, Vipul previously held multiple managerial roles at Morton Salt from 2006 to 2021, including Manager of Production for Power & Production and Rock Mill, where technical and managerial support was provided to a team of over 40 employees. Additional roles at Morton Salt included P & P Superintendent and Process Engineer, focusing on manufacturing oversight, safety, quality, and root cause analysis. Before Morton Salt, Vipul gained experience as a Process Engineer at Electronic Interconnect and worked as a Project-Shift Engineer at Mardia Chemicals in India, overseeing project planning and equipment commissioning. Vipul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Karnatak University.
