Leon Dawson

Leon Dawson has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. leon started their career in 2005 as an Assistant Vice President Marketing at Evinex Accessories, where they served until 2007. leon then joined Auchan Retail as a Project Manager Team Lead, holding the position from 2007 to 2012. In 2011, Leon joined Eastman Exports as the Divisional Marketing Manager, a role they held until 2016. During their time at Eastman Exports, they also took on the role of Vice President of Business Development, starting in February 2012. Additionally, they became a Vice President at the same company, serving until April 2022. Throughout their career, Leon has demonstrated proficiency in various areas, including product development, sourcing, merchandising, manufacturing, and marketing. leon has contributed to industry disruption adaptation, continuous innovation, agile management, and supply chain flexibility. Leon has also excelled in building strong relationships with clients and factories, showcasing expertise in the full product life cycle from design to delivery.
