In addition to the CEO role, Andreea has also held positions as Recruitment Manager and HR Recruiter and Coordinator at Eastmen, overseeing essential operational functions such as housing, transport, insurance, and salary for recruits. Prior to Eastmen, Andreea worked as a Cambridge City Ambassador for The Welcome People from January 2014 to January 2015, providing visitor welcome and street management services. Andreea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Universitatea „Petru Maior” din Târgu-Mureș, completed between 2005 and 2008.
