Maniflor Benida

Maniflor Benida has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Starting in 2005 at EastNets as a Senior Customer Care Representative and later as an Executive Administrator. Moving to Amlaki FZ LLC in 2007, Maniflor held the role of Account Manager and Technical Trainer until 2010. Returning to EastNets in 2014, they took on the role of Sales & Operations Coordinator/EA to the Director of Operations. Throughout their career, Maniflor has demonstrated strong customer service skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage client relationships.

Maniflor Benida obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Adamson University between 1994 and 1999. In addition, Maniflor has received certifications in ITIL V3 Foundation, Certified Business Professional in Leadership, Certified Business Professional in Customer Service, and Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services in 2020.
