Heather Petty

Heather Petty has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Heather currently holds the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at Easton Coach Company since June 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Talent Management at Beacon Mobility from October 2022 to June 2023. Heather also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Easton Coach Company from December 2020 to October 2022, and before that as the Human Resources Director from October 2019 to December 2020. Prior to joining Easton Coach Company, they held the role of Human Resources Manager from September 2017 to 2019. Heather's earlier experience includes roles as the Senior Employment Specialist/Human Resources at Easton Coach Company from June 2011 to 2017, and as a Customer Service Admin at Uline from July 2008 to June 2011. Heather began their career as a Courtesy Desk Associate at Family YMCA of Easton, Phillipsburg & Vicinity from October 2001 to December 2007.

Heather Petty attended Wilson Area High School from 2000 to 2004. At the high school, they did not receive a specific degree or study in any particular field. After completing high school, Heather enrolled in Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2004. Heather pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Heather successfully completed their degree and graduated from Shippensburg University in 2008.
