The Finance & Human Resources team at Eastpointe Community Schools is responsible for managing the financial operations and human capital of the district. The Accountant oversees budget planning and financial reporting, while the Payroll & Accounts Payable team ensures timely salary distribution and vendor payments. The Executive Director of Human Resources leads the development and implementation of policies related to staffing, compliance, and employee relations. The Human Resource Specialist supports recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration to maintain a productive and culturally responsive workforce.
