Ericka Parker, M.S., currently serves as an I/DD Care Coordinator at Eastpointe Human Services since January 2018. In addition, Ericka is the Founder and CEO of the GRIPP Outreach Program, established in April 2014, which provides services and resources to families and children with incarcerated parents while promoting reunification. Previous experience includes working as a Behavior Therapist at CARD from June 2015 to July 2017 and as a Teacher Assistant at PHILLIPS Programs for Children and Families from August 2011 to October 2016. Ericka holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Winston-Salem State University (2005-2009).
