Kris Barry

Kris Barry has over 15 years of experience in recruitment and staffing. They are currently the National Director / Recruitment Partner - Professional Division at Eastridge Workforce Solutions, where they have been working since December 2021. Prior to this, Kris worked as the Director of Recruitment / Staffing - Construction Division at the same company from February 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining Eastridge Workforce Solutions, Kris served as the Director of Recruiting at AK Strategic Placement Partners from June 2018 to February 2020. They also worked as the Director of Sales and Recruitment at Dawson & Dawson, Inc. from December 2012 to June 2018, where they gained expertise in providing temporary, contract to hire, executive, and retained search employees.

Kris started their career as a Recruiting Manager at Ajilon in December 2009 and worked there until December 2012. At Ajilon, they handled full cycle temporary and temporary-to-permanent recruiting for various positions and managed client relationships.

Prior to Ajilon, Kris worked as a Senior Recruiter at Indymac Bank from April 2003 to December 2009. They were responsible for recruiting top producing origination teams and sole originators in multiple states.
