Mark Ackerly

Mark Ackerly serves as the Chief Information Officer at EastRise Credit Union since October 2019, bringing extensive experience in information technology and security. Prior roles include Information Security Officer at the University of Vermont, Director of Information Technology and Information Security Officer at Merchants Bank, and Vice President - Director of Information Security at Community Bank System, Inc. Mark has also held the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Wilber National Bank and Manager of Information Services at Mallinckrodt and Uno Chicago Grill. Mark Ackerly holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Information Services from the RPI Lally School of Management and a degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
