Trystien Charles has extensive experience in the health and fitness sector, currently serving as a Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness since June 2016. Additionally, Trystien has been an Emergency Department Volunteer at Eastside Medical Center since April 2017, assisting nurses in providing patient care. Previously, a Physical Therapy Intern at Sports Medicine South from May to August 2016, responsibilities included improving patient compliance and guiding exercise protocols. Trystien also worked as a Coach and Motivator at Gwinnett Gymnastics Center from June 2010 to July 2016, where focus was on safety and skill development for young athletes. Trystien holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Lindenwood University and is currently pursuing further education at Georgia Gwinnett College.
