Alice Memminger

Alice Memminger is an accomplished management consultant with extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector. Currently serving as the Account Director for Strategy and Income Generation at Eastside People since October 2017, Alice provides strategic support to CEOs and Boards in organizational transformation. From 2007, Alice has worked as a freelance management consultant, focusing on strategic planning, business development, and organizational growth for various charities. Previous leadership roles include CEO of UpRising Leadership, Deputy CEO at Sue Ryder, and Head of Strategic Planning at Parkinson's UK. Alice holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
