Rekha Elaswarapu

Rekha Elaswarapu, M.Stud (Cambridge), Ph.D, FHEA, MIHM, FRSA, is an experienced academic and consultant specializing in health and social care. Currently a lecturer at the University of Sunderland in London and an associate senior lecturer at the Claude Littner Business School, Rekha also serves as a policy consultant for Eastside People, contributing expertise in health and social care research as the PPI Lead at King's College London. With a rich background as a consultant at the Social Care Workforce Research Centre and various roles with organizations like Age Action Alliance, National Dignity Council, Skills for Care, and Carers UK, Rekha promotes issues surrounding dignity, aging, and quality of care. Educational qualifications include a Master of Studies in Primary and Community Care from the University of Cambridge and early foundational studies in India.
