Shona Sinclair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the third sector, currently serving as Chair of Compass Wellbeing CIC, where efforts focus on enhancing partnerships between voluntary, community, and healthcare services. As a Consultant at Eastside People and Managing Director of SKS Scotland CIC, Shona supports organizational capacity building and business development while promoting employment opportunities for individuals with long-term health conditions. Additionally, Shona provides consultancy for the public and third sectors as a Freelance Consultant with ISWAI (UK) LTD and contributes to the growth of flexible work opportunities for professionals through the Work4ME Cooperative. Past leadership roles include Chair of Social Enterprise Scotland and Director positions at SKS and Tribal Group, alongside co-founding Focus Healthcare Consulting Ltd.
