Astri Prameswari

Astri Prameswari has over 20 years of experience in the human resources field. Astri began their career in 2001 as a Human Resources Supervisor at PT. AXA Services Indonesia, where they focused on compensation, benefits, and personnel. Astri then moved to PT. Nielsen Indonesia in 2006, where they served as the Human Resources Manager responsible for compensation, benefits, and personnel. In 2007, they joined PT Avrist Assurance as a Senior Manager in HR Organization Development and Staff Training. Astri'smost recent role was at PT. Eastspring Investments Indonesia, a member of Prudential plc (UK), where they started in 2011 as Head of Human Resources. Astri later took on the additional role of Head of Office Management in 2014.

Astri Prameswari obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, where they studied from 1995 to 2001. Additionally, they hold certifications in Certified Broker Dealer (WPPE) from OJK and Certified Professional Human Resources, obtained in 2012 and 2005 respectively.
