Rong Ren Goh has a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Rong Ren started their career at the Monetary Authority of Singapore as an Associate from August 2006 to December 2007. Rong Ren then worked at UBS Investment Bank as an Analyst for a brief period in February 2008. Following that, they joined Calyon as an NDF Trader from March 2008 to July 2010. Rong Ren continued their career at Standard Chartered Bank as an Asian NDF Trader for a few months in 2010 before moving to SEB, where they worked as an Asian NDF Trader from December 2010 to August 2015. Currently, they are serving as the Team Lead, Macro and Thematics at Eastspring Investments since January 2016. In this role, they are the Lead Portfolio Manager for several flagship strategies within the Eastspring Fixed Income Team. Rong Ren'sspecializations include global and Asian macro strategy, ESG investment process and integration, portfolio management, and successful pitches to institutional clients for ESG bond strategies.

Rong Ren Goh completed their secondary education at Raffles Institution from 1995 to 2000. Rong Ren then pursued their higher education at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
