Terence Lim

Terence Lim began their work experience in 1996 as an Associate at Rashid & Lee. Terence then worked as a Senior Legal Associate at Zul Rafique & Partners from 1998 to 2001. From 2001 to 2006, they served as a Director/Partner at Stamford Law Corporation. Terence then joined Macquarie Group and held the positions of Deputy Head of Compliance in Asia and Head of Compliance in Singapore from 2006 to 2016. Starting in 2016, they worked at abrdn, first as the Head of Compliance & Risk, Asia Pacific, and then as the Chief Risk Officer - Asia Pacific until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at Eastspring Investments.

Terence Lim pursued an MBA degree at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Leicester, spanning from 1991 to 1994.
