Broderick Santos

Broderick "Bodge" Santos serves as the Division Head of the Retail Banking Group at East West Banking Corporation since November 2012, leading transformative efforts in employee productivity, sales, and customer service, resulting in consistent top performance across key business areas. Previously, from October 2008 to November 2012, Broderick held the position of Vice President and Retail Branch Banking Head at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, where leadership focused on creating effective retail environments and developing customer strategies. Broderick's career commenced at Bank of Commerce (Philippines), where, as a Senior Manager from October 2004 to September 2008, strategies were implemented to achieve profitability targets. Academic accomplishments include an MBA from De La Salle University and a Registered Financial Planner certification, complemented by leadership training through the McKinsey Global Management Program. Notably, Broderick received the Store of the Year award in 2007 for outstanding performance.
